Marketing, Sales and Customer Service
Rob Gordon
Rob Gordon is the Savant Group’s Director of Sales & Marketing. In this role, Rob oversees strategic planning, monitor industry trends, and strengthen customer relationships to drive growth for the Savant Group companies — Savant Labs, IOM, Tannas & King, and Excell Manufacturing.
Karrie Gordon
Karrie Gordon is the Customer Experience Supervisor for both Savant Labs and Institute of Materials. She is responsible for the sample handling, order intake, and fulfillment functions of Savant Labs. Karrie ensures timely and quality products, services, and processes are established, implemented, and improved.
Jessica Ice
Jessica Ice is the Order Fulfillment Specialist. Her attention to detail and timely response will ensure a positive customer experience from sample check-in and the scheduling phase to report preparation and delivery of results to our customers.
Analytical Operations
Greg Miiller
Greg Miiller is the Vice President of Engineering and New Business Development for the Savant Group of companies. Greg is responsible for R&D projects, specialty blending, instrumentation development, industrial problem solving and production.
Bill VanBergen
Bill VanBergen is a Research and Development Chemist. Bill is responsible for the experimental design and implementation of non-standard test methods within the Savant Group. This includes designing experiments to support new equipment and applications and modifying existing test methods and instrumentation to better emulate real-world conditions for our customers. Currently, Bill’s focus has been on the development of electric vehicles and grease test methods and equipment.
Jessica Goupil
Jessica is the Lab Technician III - Quality Control. Jessica is responsible for supporting the laboratory operations with quality control of sample results for customer testing. Her main objective in this role is to ensure that quality control is built into lab testing processes and customer reporting.
Jeremy Coleman
Jeremy Coleman is the Lab Technician III-Instrument Maintenance Specialist. Jeremy is responsible for supporting the laboratory operations with instrument setup, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. His main objective is to ensure instruments are operating at all times to support all test methods available to our customers.
