Payment Options
Net 30 days with approved credit. A purchase order is required unless other arrangements have been made. Major credit cards are also accepted. A late payment charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) may be applied to past due invoices. Payments should be made payable and mailed to:

Turn-Around Time Options
Our fee structure is designed to give clients a choice depending on the urgency of testing requested. The turn-around times listed below apply to most tests. Certain specialized analyses may require additional time, in which case you will be notified at the time the testing is requested.
Standard Service (Fee as listed):
Delivery of data to client by fax or email within ten (10) working days of receipt of sample. A final report will be mailed.
Expedited Service (30% Surcharge):
Delivery of data to client by phone, fax or email within five (5) working days of receipt of sample and test authorization. A final report will be mailed.
Rush Service (50% surcharge):
Delivery of data to client by phone, fax or email within one (1) to three (3) working days receipt of sample and test authorization. (Some tests require more time to complete and cannot be included in our rush service.) A final report will be mailed.

Shipping & Sampling Supplies
Plastic sample bottles with shipping boxes can be purchased for $3.70 each. Specify 4 oz. or 8 oz. bottle size. Re-usable pump with 100 feet of disposable plastic tubing can be purchased for $66.00. Additional plastic tubing can be purchased for $12.00 per 100 feet.
